matte は、通話がつながっている間だけ、利用者が選んだお金のアプリ（銀行・決済など）を開けなくする iPhone アプリです。

止めるアプリは Apple のスクリーンタイム（Family Controls）で選びます。matte が受け取るのは Apple が渡す識別子だけで、アプリの名前や、そのアプリの中で何をしたかは読めません。
通話については、つながっている通話があるかどうかだけを見ます。通話の相手・電話番号・通話の中身・金額・振込先は読みません。
送信・共有
matte は通信をしません。サーバーも、解析ツールも、広告もありません。上の情報を外に送ることも、第三者と共有することもありません。
使い方の手順で「ショートカット」アプリを開くボタンがありますが、ショートカットのアプリを開くだけで、情報は渡しません。
削除
アプリを削除すると、上の情報も一緒に消えます。

matte is an iPhone app that blocks the money apps you choose (banking, payments, and so on) only while a call is connected.

You choose the apps to block through Apple’s Screen Time (Family Controls). matte only receives tokens issued by Apple and cannot read app names or what you do inside those apps.
For calls, matte only checks whether any call is connected. It does not read who you are talking to, phone numbers, what is said, amounts, or payees.
Transmission and sharing
matte makes no network connections. It has no server, no analytics, and no ads. It does not send any of the information above off your iPhone or share it with third parties.
A button in the setup steps opens the Shortcuts app. It only opens that app and passes no information.
Deletion
Deleting the app also deletes the information above.
